The different pictures taken for the assignment were to be sketched out. These pictures included the different points of interaction between the two people.
The sketches had to be of six different angled views of the same point of interaction. And this had to be done for each point.
This exercise gave us a better clarity as to what exactly could be made with the points of interaction and how we could make use of different materials to come up with our product.
The next part of this lecture included a visit to the Fashion Workshop. At the workshop, we were given a demonstration of the machine that we were supposed to use for the assignment. The sewing machine was the first one.
The process of threading the machine included many steps, but once understood, it was simpler to implement it.
Working on the sewing machine, gave us a better idea of the process and technique of stitching.
