The final zines were to be made which included all the elements in it. The placement of these illustrations and the use of colours made it look more attractive.
The zine made by me was first sketched out and then filled up using paints. The different colours gave it a brighter look and conveyed the thought in a better way.
The cover page was also made by me using the word ‘UPGRADE’ with a progress bar below it showing a silhouette of the change in architecture over the years. The progress bar also depicts the future and therefore it is incomplete with a construction crane at the end. I used a pink gradient for the background.
The reason why I used buildings for my cover page is because buildings are the main element in my zine and therefore I used them to show progress.
