In this class, we finalized our individual concepts. These concepts were derived from the five movies and consisted of one common thread between all of them.
The poster which I made was based on Greed. Here, I focused on adding more colour and background to it so it brought out main message clearly to the viewer. I made use of Illustrator to provide a retro effect to it using bright colours and a similar colour palette. The background was initially kept a textured orange colour to highlight the head with all the elements in it.
After a short discussion, I added more aspects from the movie to the poster, to make it look more relatable as one looked at it. It was necessary that people understood the main purpose of the poster was to connect them to the themes of specifically those movies.
Having said so, I adding a collage of all the movie posters and characters which I focused on as the background of my poster. This made the person understand the intention of the poster clearly and think of those movies in particular while looking at it.

Making the poster made me understand the movies and the character in a deeper way. I could develop the poster around the characters in a way that all them had some common aspects which connected them together and gave rise to this artwork.
