The questionnaire prepared by us was narrowed down to shorter and simpler questions which helped us in gaining maximum information about the area. It was to be kept in mind that these questions were not time consuming. They were to be framed in a way that it was easier for the people to answer and at the same time did not hurt their sentiments in any way.
When researching about a place, it becomes necessary to study the area in detail before asking people about it. The questions formed were based on our aspects: Planning, Architecture and People.

A review of the descriptions written by us was also a part of this lecture. This review helped us in improving the narration and in turn helped in making it more attractive.
